MEMO ON SUPPLIER'S TRANSFER OF GOODS TO THE WAREHOUSE

Clarify with the customer the warehouse where the goods should be delivered.

Enter the factory and drive up to gate No. 1 of the production building.

Stop the car and go through the gate to the right warehouse, show your documents. After that, a storekeeper will open the gate. Drive to the warehouse and hand over the goods.

If the storekeeper is absent, call the customer's contact number.

The goods must be packed, separately for each item. The goods must be labeled with name and quantity, stacked on pallets, tied up for unloading by crane or forklift.

If shipping documents, packaging and tags are missing, the goods will not be accepted.

In case of delivery to different warehouses, the goods are handed over separately at each warehouse.

Forwarding driver must wear a helmet, signal vest, toe protection boots and safety glasses.

Goods documents must be filed for each warehouse separately.
