6. PARTIES' OBLIGATIONS
6.1. The User's responsibilities include:

7.2.2. They were provided by third parties before the Site Administration received them.
7.2.3. They were disclosed with the User's consent.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. If the User is dissatisfied with the actions of the Site Administration and intends to assert his/her rights in court, before filing a lawsuit, he/she must submit a claim (a written offer to settle the conflict voluntarily).
8.2. The Administration, which received the claim, shall notify the User in writing about its consideration and measures taken within 30 calendar days from the date of its receipt.
8.3. If both parties fail to reach an agreement, the dispute is referred to a judicial body, where it must be con-sidered according to current Russian legislation.
8.4. The regulation of the relationship between the User and the Site Administration in the Privacy Policy is carried out in accordance with the current Russian legislation.
9. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
