Both parties are obliged to sign a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement in advance if they conclude a Supply or Service Agreement with the use of confidential information of Accuride Wheels Russia LLC (e.g. drawings, commercially confidential information, technological or production know-how, personal data of employees, etc.).
By signing a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, the supplier/executor undertakes the obligations set out in the document, non-compliance of which may be subject to compensation or other liability.
